In all of the years that I have been a photographer, one question has remained the same. Most of my clients don't know how they should save/back up the professional photos I take of them, let alone the thousands they have on their phones. Even if you are using a cloud service (and if you are, good work!), you may not know how to get your images out of the cloud to use them!
