I'm REady
WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY PHOTO TELLS A STORY, AND EVERY MEMORY DESERVES TO SHINE.
We understand the challenges of managing a growing photo library, and we're here to make the process not just manageable but enjoyable. We're committed to bringing order, clarity, and accessibility to your photo collection, so you can relive those precious moments with ease.
Initial Consultation: We'll start with a one-hour phone call to discuss your goals and assess your photo collection's current state.
Organize & Back Up: We'll work our magic on your collection, creating a central Photo Library with organized Year/Month folders.
Wrap-up Call: After completing the project, we'll have another one-hour call to review our work and set up your backup system.
On the final call, we will set up your backup system following the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, two onsite, and one cloud copy. We will also discuss maintenance practices.
Once the organization is complete, we will mail back all of your sources and the newly organized High Quality Hard Drive with instructions for how to book your final call.
We will arrange your photo collection in chronological order. Sorting your Professional Photos outside of year/month folders so they are easy to locate.
We will identify/eliminate duplicate files and screenshots. Keep in mind we will not delete photos but organize them in a "DELETE" folder for you to remove once you are comfortable.
Once we have all your sources, we will centralize your digital photos/videos to a High Quality Hard Drive included in your purchase.
In our first meeting, we will develop a plan and collect login information and additional sources. Additional physical sources will need to be mailed after the call.

Communication is the key to ensuring that your photo organization journey is a collaborative and a personalized experience, tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
The initial call will allow us to assess the state of your photos and assign any necessary homework. Before the call take a moment to make a list of where your photos are located, including any external hard drives, cloud storage, or other devices. This will help us locate and access your photos quickly and easily.
Additionally, please write down any usernames and passwords we'll need to access your photos. This includes login details for your cloud storage, as well as any passwords for your computer or external hard drive. Lastly, please make sure that any old hard drives or computers you plan on using during our session have the correct cords and can boot up without issue.
Physical sources (i.e. Hard Drives, SD Cards, CDs, etc.) will need to be mailed to us in a timely manner in order to be included in your organization. We request all sources be mailed with 3 days of your call.
MEGAN - The Photo project student
Before I found your course, I was honestly overwhelmed and a little paralyzed about doing this “right.”
Thank you so much, Megan. My first photo book just arrived in the mail. The first one I made was a baby book – for my 17 year old daughter. Before I found your course, I was honestly overwhelmed and a little paralyzed about doing this “right.” Your course plus your done is better than perfect approach made this possible. The book is so beautiful. Now my 14 year old daughter gets one. And then on to yearly photo books!

I wouldn't have known where & how to start, and I consider myself fairly tech-comfortable!
My photo organizing project is going very well, thanks to you! Honestly, I wouldn't have known where & how to start, and I consider myself fairly tech-comfortable! Your recommended apps have been amazingly helpful. And I really appreciate the videos that I can replay as often as needed to understand & complete all the steps.

Megan has a great way of getting you unstuck and keeping you moving forward!
I am an organizational freak in 90% of my life. The 10% I've never cared much about has been my photos. I felt like they were in the cloud so they were there, even though they were messy. I've been paying for iCloud, OneDrive, and Google Drive for the last few years, and when I saw the ad for the Photo Project....Megan has a great way of getting you unstuck and keeping you moving forward! It was great to know that I had a weekly check-in to make some sort of movement...I have organized and condensed about 200,000 photos down to about 25,000.

TRACY, MOM OF 2
It was not a small task and Megan got everything set up and easy to search and keep organized. I would recommend it to anyone who has fallen years behind on keeping their digital files organized.
courtney - mom of 4
Hiring Megan to help me tackle this project was so worth it! She is easy and fun to work with, and I know I can count on her if I need help in the future. It gives me such a great feeling knowing where to find all of our photos. Best of all, I finally got to cross this off of my list!
Rest assured, the screen share is a private meeting, and you must authorize it each time for us to access your computer or cloud service provider. When you close the screen share program, we no longer have access to your computer. Furthermore, we will not remove photos from the Hard Drive or make any copies of your images. We never delete photos; instead, we move them to a "Delete" Folder or a "Duplicates" Folder, leaving the final decision to you.
Upon completion, you'll have a central Photo Library organized into a simple folder structure and adequately backed up to the cloud. Photos and videos are neatly arranged into Year/Month folders. If you already have an existing organization in place, we'll do our best to preserve it and seamlessly merge it into the final Photo Library. Depending on your needs, there maybe additional charges if you prefer your photos be organized outside of a year/month structure.
While each project is unique, most are completed within 1-2 months. The timeline can vary depending on factors such as your current state of organization, the number of photos in your collection, the number of sources we have to pull from and if you need to mail us additional items like hard drives, CDs, DVDs, SD Cards, or Thumb drives.
You will need to be available for a one-hour initial consultation and another one-hour wrap-up call at the end of the project. In between, we will work independently and communicate with you via email and text message.
No, as part of our standard 1:1 Digital Photo Organization service, we do not automatically cull or clean your photo collection. Our primary focus is on organizing and structuring your photos in an efficient and easy-to-navigate manner. However, we understand that some clients may wish to have their photo collection curated or cleaned, such as removing unwanted or redundant images. If you desire a culling or cleaning service for your photo collection, we offer this as an additional option. The cost for such customization will be based on your specific needs and the extent of culling or cleaning required. We believe in tailoring our services to meet your unique preferences, ensuring that your photo organization experience is precisely as you envision it. Please feel free to discuss your culling or cleaning requirements with us at your first meeting, and we'll provide you with a customized solution to meet your needs.
Here is a list of sources so that you can get an idea for how many you have and what package to purchase:
(1) Cloud Service (example: if you use iCloud, Dropbox, Shutterfly and Google Photos that is 4 separate sources)
(1) Hard Drive
(3)Thumb Drives (3 TD = 1 source)
(3) SD Cards (3 SDC = 1 source)
(1) Old Phone
(1) Old Computer
CDs (custom pricing depending on number)
DVDs (custom pricing depending on number)
After reviewing the above make a list of the sources you would like to include in your session. For example if you have iCloud, Google Photos and a Hard Drive that is 3 Sources.
Combining your photo sources can be a smart way to optimize the cost of our 1:1 Digital Photo Organization service. You can take advantage of a lower pricing tier by consolidating multiple sources into a single, more comprehensive source. For example, suppose you initially have three separate sources but decide to merge them into one. In that case, you can qualify for the Lite pricing tier, which may be more budget-friendly compared to paying separately for each source. This approach allows you to make the most of our service while optimizing costs to align with your specific needs.
While I currently organize photos solely by year and month, I understand the importance of events and special occasions. If these folders already exist in your photo collection, we can incorporate them into the year/month format while keeping them in their own event folder.
Yes! We would be happy to do this for you! Just keep in mind that if you would like to download from your iCloud (or other cloud service) and your husband's iCloud (or other cloud service) they will be counted as separate sources.
Yes, but keep in mind that all meetings and office hours are held during my time zone. This could mean that you will have to attend meetings or respond to messages during Central Standard Time Zone.
